Finding Joy Through Foster Parenting

Meet Tim and Jennifer Bausch, CEDARS foster parents and supporters!

The Bausches have been married for 25 years, and together they’ve built a busy, love-filled home with their three kids and two dogs, as well as a deep commitment to helping others. For years, the couple came across CEDARS advertisements and felt a steady pull toward foster parenting, something they had always considered.

Family has always been at the heart of Tim and Jennifer’s lives, shaped by positive childhood memories they wanted to pass on. That desire led them to become foster parents. “CEDARS is a wonderful organization that provides a lot of helpful services to kids in need,” Tim shared. “When we fostered, they gave us all the tools and support we needed to be successful.”

For those thinking about foster parenting, Tim and Jennifer encourage reaching out to the CEDARS foster care team to learn more. “There are so many ways to help—whether it’s fostering, volunteering, or donating,” Jennifer said. “The rewards of making a difference in a child’s life are incredibly positive.”

“Our experience has given more joy back to us than we could imagine,” Tim added.

Thank you, Tim and Jennifer, for giving so much of your heart to the kids at CEDARS!
