Review Cloud- Employee

This training will cover the information you need to know about the upcoming annual review process for all employees at CEDARS. 

If you are a new supervisor or employee, it is critically important that you attend a relevant training session so that you can best understand our platform and approach to performance reviews and the compensation matrix.  

If you are a supervisor who has already been through a Review Cloud cycle, you are encouraged to attend and hopefully contribute to the relevant supervisory conversations.  Your own experience regarding facilitating employee conversations and navigating situations with employees could be beneficial to new supervisors and/or supervisors with similar situations.  We want to use every opportunity to have this be as productive as possible so we really appreciate your willingness to share and provide insight that may be helpful to others.  

If you are an employee who has already been through a Review Cloud cycle, you are welcome to attend as a refresh, if desired.
