Participants will learn how the developing brain influences emotional regulation and decision-making in young people, and how factors such as environment, stress, and trauma can impact brain development and mental well-being.
Through guided discussion and applied learning, this training emphasizes the importance of recognizing signs of mental distress in youth, having informed and compassionate conversations about suicide, and supporting families through brain health–focused prevention strategies.
