Creating safer digital spaces by recognizing, responding to, and preventing cyberbullying.

This training equips adults with the knowledge and tools needed to recognize, respond to, and prevent cyberbullying among youth. Participants will explore the various online behaviors and tactics that constitute cyberbullying, including harassment, exclusion, impersonation, and harmful digital communication patterns.

The session focuses on practical prevention and intervention strategies, empowering adults to respond effectively while also equipping youth with skills to identify, navigate, and avoid cyberbullying situations. By the end of the training, attendees will be better prepared to foster safe, respectful, and supportive online environments where young people can connect and learn with confidence.

Objectives:
• Identify online behaviors and tactics that constitute cyberbullying
• Empower youth with strategies to recognize, respond to, and avoid cyberbullying
• Equip adults with effective intervention and prevention strategies

Audience:
Educators, parents, youth mentors, and any adult who works with or cares for young people.
