The workshop will help you to gain awareness of the mental shortcuts that lead to snap judgments about people's talents and/or character. Reduce bias in attitudes and behaviors and learn to assess your behavior and broaden your mindset to ensure a workplace that is welcoming of diverse viewpoints.
The workshop will take place in two parts and attendees are expected to attend BOTH sessions:
Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 9:00-10:30am AND Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from 9:00-10:30am
