The Care & Create Experience

Join us to take a break from the demands of the day and participate in a creative, hands-on experience designed to support your well-being and help you recharge. This is a great way to take a break to manage stress levels, feelings of overwhelm or even Vicarious Trauma symptoms you may be experiencing.

There will be multiple stations with activities to participate in: 

• Rock Painting- get creative and make something beautiful
• Puzzles- take a mindful break and piece it together
• Journaling &  Goal Writing- reflect, set intentions and explore what matters to you
• Coloring- relax, destress, and let your creativity flow
• Hand Massages- enjoy a 10-minute hand massage from a professional *Limited availability
